IGNOU Re-registration 2025
IGNOU Re-registration is a simple process in which students have to get themselves registered for the next semester or the next academic year. Re-registration refers to the procedure of enrolling for the subsequent semester or academic year in a course at IGNOU. This process is mandatory for students in multi-year programs, such as bachelor’s or master’s degrees, and for any course beyond a single year or semester. IGNOU Re-registration can be done at either your IGNOU Re registration portal or you can visit onlinerr.ignou.ac.in, enter your enrollment number and course code and proceed by paying the fee to complete the re-registration process. IGNOU Re Registration 2025-26 Last Date
IGNOU Re registration’s last date for the July 2025 session is 31 August 2025. Indira Gandhi National Open University has a system called Re-registration, where every student has to reapply for the second year by paying the remaining course fee. Though the actual completion tenure of the course is 3-4 years in Bachelor’s and Undergraduate, those who want to complete the course by skipping a year or two can make use of this option of Re-registration as there is also a maximum time limit to complete the course (6 years in BSc and 5 years in BA/BBA). IGNOU Re Registration Status
IGNOU re registration status can be checked on the Re-registration portal link on the IGNOU Reregistration student portal’s page or by visiting https://isms.ignou.ac.in/changeadmdata/AdmissionStatusNew.ASP. IGNOU’s Re-registration status is uploaded and released on the portal 30-45 days after the re-registration. IGNOU also sends a confirmation email about completing the status after the minimum duration. To get your IGNOU Re-registration status, visit the Re-registration login window, enter your enrollment number and password, and log in by entering your captcha code, select your course and click on ‘Re-registration’ in the menu to finally get your IGNOU Re-registration status.
How to Fill Out the IGNOU Re-registration Form 2025

IGNOU Re Registration Payment Status
Students visit the official website of IGNOU Re-registration for Re-registration for all programs. Students use their card/net banking or UPI. While online payment has been done and didn’t update, please do not make the second payment immediately. In case students make two times payments for the same application form, one of the payments shall be refunded to your account. Also, students don’t wait for the last date of Re-registration.
