IGNOU exam form filling is an essential process in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) as it conducts its external or Term End exams (TEE) two times a year; June and December, for which every student willing to give TEE in the current academic session have to submit the IGNOU exam form for their respective course. IGNOU form for the June 2025 Term End Examination (TEE) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will be made available during the 14 March 2025. IGNOU Exam Form June 2025
IGNOU conducts its Term end exams twice a year i.e, June and December where exams are organized under two shifts; day (10am – 1pm) and evening (2 pm – 5 pm) and students enroll for them as per their admission season. IGNOU exam form June 2025 will be released in 14 March 2025 to 20 April 2025. Make sure to fill your exam form within the deadline, which usually stays 30-45 days after the commencement as you will be charged ₹1100 extra along with the per subject fee of ₹200 and ₹500 for every practical subject which is common even for timely form filling. It is suggested to keep a copy of receipt of payment and cross confirm your exam form status from the regional centre and make sure to submit IGNOU assignments for your respective subject as they carry 30% of the total weightage of the TEE.Â

IGNOU Exam Form 2025-26 Last Date
Indira Gandhi National Open University’s administrative department has made a system of doing admission intakes two times in an academic year. Due to this system, you get the advantage of choosing from two TEE (Term end exams) once in July and the other in December. If you were enrolled in the July admission cycle in a BSc course having 1 semester in a year then you have to fill out the IGNOU exam form for July TEE and the same applies if you have entered the January session you would have to fill out the Exam form for December TEE.
IGNOU exam form form 2025 last date for June TEE is 20 April 2025. You have to pay a fee of ₹200 for every theoretical subject, and ₹500 for every practical subject and if the ignou exam form is filled after the deadline then you would have to pay a late fee of ₹1100. The students who do not want to take the Term-end exams for any respective year can skip the form-filling process and can give TEEs in the next semester/year.Â
IGNOU Exam Form Status
IGNOU exam form status or confirmation is given through a receipt of the fee paid in the first place. Once you’ve paid the fee per subject you will receive a confirmation mail showing an receipt of acknowledgement and fund transfer details at your registered email, given at the time of registration. If the transaction fails or gets cancelled due to any reason you might not receive a confirmation or receipt.Â

IGNOU Exam Form December 2025
IGNOU exam form december 2025 will be released on 1 October 2025 and the the last date to fill the December 2025 TEE is 03 November 2025. IGNOU conducts its TEEs biannually, specifically around June and December. These examinations are organized in two shifts (morning and afternoon). Students register for these exams based on their respective admission cycles. The examination form for December 2025 usually commences from September onwards but this year there is a delay. The IGNOU December TEE will start from 2 December 2025 and the last exam is on 9 January 2025.
The minimum passing marks in Indira Gandhi national open university (IGNOU) for any undergraduate bachelor’s or postgraduate is 35% or 35 marks for an exam of 100 marks and 18 marks for a test of 50 marks.
